Could you tell us a bit about your role as Furniture Procurement & Installation Coordinator?
My role involves working on the furniture side of our project from end to end. I assist the precontracts team in preparing the valuations for the client at the front end. I am then heavily involved in the operations side, procuring the goods, organising the deliveries and installation on site.
Taking you back a few years now, could you tell us a bit about where your career started?
My adventure with Habit Action started 15 years ago when I first came to the UK. I started working in the warehouse, then moved into the installation team. After a few years, I moved into the office team that continues to this day.
In one word, what is the best thing about working for Habit Action?
Flexibility
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
With my wife – no children, Italy. OR With children – a playground.
How would you describe the operations team?
People you can rely on.
What is the secret to a happy life?
I would love to know this secret (but then it would not be a secret) I think that life cannot only be happy, it must be a rainy day for the sun to come out of the clouds, but if you do discover the secret then you know my phone number.
Describe your perfect weekend?
Early morning mountain biking, basketball streetball session, good lunch, and late-night jazz session in a club.
If you could have given your younger self one piece of advice for the workplace, what would it be?
Get yourself together and start learning foreign languages, at least three. This will be your ticket to a better life and to understand the people around you.

Spaces that allow you to work in concentration. Modern design that gives the impression of a second home.
