This Europe-based client are the second largest producers globally of flavours and fragrances. They work in a wide range of industries providing flavourings and ingredients to the likes of Coca-Cola, whilst also creating signature perfumes such as Diptyque.
This client reached out to our Team for support with the relocation, redevelopment and integration of 2 locations into 1 in Hamburg, Germany. With our depth of knowledge, international experience and resource we supported them in a design led process from business case approval to taking occupation of their new Creative Centre! A masterpiece of our capabilities, in the delivery of this technical project on time and on budget, which included 10 tonnes of steel to the roof, additional power from the road and other technical construction works.
