The project centred around a new-build facility in Bishop's Stortford, designed to meet KNSI's operational and strategic needs. The brief included the fit-out of a warehouse and engineering workshop, coupled with modern office spaces and versatile meeting rooms. The two-storey layout featured office areas on the upper floor and collaborative and client-facing spaces on the ground floor, reflecting the company's dual focus on productivity and engagement.
