The award-winning agency, which produces stunning trailers for blockbuster movies, needed to renovate its outdated office on Warren Street, next to Euston Road. This vibrant corner of Fitzrovia is a popular location for creative and media companies including Facebook and the BBC, who both have large offices nearby.
Create London specialises in audio-visual advertising, with many partners across the entertainment industry. One of the company’s core beliefs is that every campaign benefits from a flexible and collaborative approach. Whoever you want to reach with your message, they’ll find a way to deliver it in memorable style.
They wanted the new office to reflect this flexible, collaborative approach which meant remodelling the existing internal space. The office was dominated by a huge infinity wall, which had to be removed in order to create a creative, modern and unique space.
The project scope included the stripping out, ceilings, partitioning, lighting, redecorating, kitchen installation and new flooring. As well as the interior design, Habit Action were tasked with creating, coordinating and delivering a complex and compressed mechanical and electrical systems package.
The end result included individual editing suites on the basement level, with the video editors having a personal input with their own feature wall colours. The design scheme also included exposed brick works and interior Crittal partitions.
Finally, the finished scheme is greatly enhanced by carefully sourced unique vintage furniture items.
