Lewis Barker is Director of Workplace Services and Real Estate at ServiceNow. He oversees workplace and real-estate activity across the company’s EMEA portfolio while also leading its global workplace technology function.

His role spans workplace strategy, operations, employee experience, technology and business engagement, helping ServiceNow create environments that support its people, culture and continued growth. With more than eight years at the company, Lewis brings a practical understanding of how global workplace strategies can respond to local needs, changing working patterns and emerging technology.
