As Chairman of the organisation, Richard's passion and belief that an awesome workspace has a direct impact on the success of every organisation, he continues to share his years of experience in the sector with other business leaders. This is greatly valued by our clients who are looking to take the opportunity of transforming their workspace to enable them to hire top talent and become industry leaders in their sector.
Having joined the company from outside the industry, Darren has brought with him an incredible breadth of knowledge, bringing fresh insights and perspectives into the company. As the Managing Director of the company, Darren is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer services.
With his 14 years of industry experience, Murray has led on projects for local and global clients, from Milton Keynes to Hamburg Germany. With a passion for process and detail, he now leads our wider Team of Project Directors who are committed to delivering intelligent data based workspaces that will transform the way we work.

A famous name in the London design & build industry, Michelle joined Habit Action for more than the day job. With her creative flair in developing concept and detailed design schemes, she leads a team of truly creative individuals that are developing beautifully designed spaces from the data that we collect throughout our research phase.
Starting out as an army officer and then entering the world of design and build 25 years ago, Simon certainly has been exposed to a broad scope of challenges and experiences. Simon’s commercially minded, results driven approach to his role as senior project director, gives him a unique perspective on all projects he leads on. His belief that the one size fits all approach does not apply in office design, sees his approach challenging the norms and working on projects that focus on longevity for our clients, ensuring a maximum return on their investment.
As Corporate Development Director, William brings value to our Clients with his in-depth knowledge of the property sector as well as his extensive network of contacts to help tenants and property owners achieve the best workplace outcomes, whether it be for attracting top talent or alluring discerning occupiers.
As head of Pre-Contracts, Nicky’s highly energetic and driven personality as well as her strong belief that there is a solution to every problem makes her an integral part of our client’s journey with Habit Action. When tackling projects, it is done with her heart and soul and Nicky prides herself on always getting the right finish at the best price. Her ethos is to completely understand the client’s needs and wants and replicate those in a design representation of the brief. Her passion is exceeding clients’ expectations not only from a cost perspective but also through applying her keen eye for design and many years of experience in the design and build industry.
As head of marketing, Bonita leads in the firm belief that brand is not just a name but it is an experience. Her passion for marketing has led beyond pictures and words by ensuring that our office space, team and culture reflect what Habit Action are truly all about . With a keen eye for detail and a strong project management background, Aron has a long background in delivering multi-faceted strategic business solutions contracts and projects across a broad range of sectors. As a passionate client led, relationship developer, builder and maintainer, Aron not only takes a keen interest in each client during the project phase, but once the project is completed too. True to the Habit Action brand, Aron excels in understanding the business needs of clients' organisations in order to develop commercially viable, creative workplace solutions for all of our clients.
Gemma is responsible for overseeing our financial systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and meticulously managing our budgets and financial resources. Her analytical prowess and strategic thinking help guide our company towards sustainable growth and profitability.
A Project Manager, with a difference. Lee joined Habit Action to gain a sense of achievement, and work life balance. With a highly trained background both in construction works and in technical processes, he now leads in the delivery and operational coordination of our projects and everyone's beyond expectations, his projects are notoriously immaculate and well planned.
With a robust background in project management spanning over 21 years, Andy has consistently demonstrated unwavering commitment to delivering excellence in every facet of our endeavors. His formidable expertise lies in orchestrating multifaceted workplace design and build projects, ensuring that each one is executed with precision, on time, and within budget.
Darren's depth of experience in procuring materials and packages helps set Habit Action apart in the industry. We are continuing to procure labour and materials separately, delivering better value to our clients. To do this successfully, we ensure our teams are communicating on a daily basis. Darren is a key player in helping deliver projects to our clients as promised; on time, within budget and exceeding expectations.
Creativity is an outlook, a unique way of viewing problems and solving them, a mindset that leads to growth, and as the Marketing Executive of Habit Action, Adaani brings all this and more to the role. A keen painter in her spare time, she brings her artistic skills into the business, consistently providing the marketing team with creative ideas.
Anna is an exceptional senior designer who brings a wealth of expertise and creativity to our design and build company. With a distinguished professional background and a strong portfolio of successful projects, she consistently delivers innovative and visually stunning designs that exceed client expectations.
Drawing on her extensive knowledge of design principles, industry trends, and emerging technologies, Anna possesses a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of how to translate clients' visions into tangible, practical solutions.
With years of experience as an interior architectural designer and CAD technician, Amy not only has an exceptional eye for the aesthetics of design but also has a detailed understanding of how the designs are technically constructed. Starting her career in the residential field of design, Amy is no stranger to the complexities of refurbishment projects. Working closely with our clients, project directors, and project managers, Amy uses her creative and technical abilities to bring amazing schemes to life. Looking at spaces with a fresh approach, and understanding the details, views, and light, her main goal is to transform any space within your office to create a space your people, clients, and partners love to be.
As the youngest member of our fantastic design team, Dominica's energy and ambition for continuous improvement and learning more makes her a great asset to the team. With a great knowledge and understanding of technology, she excels in supporting and facilitating design strategy sessions. As someone who is always up for a challenge coupled with her creativity, we're excited to see what she will comes up with on some of the latest design schemes she's working on.
A results-focused and highly motivated professional with over 25 years of progressive business travel and event management experience. As our EA and Office Manager, Tracey is successful in establishing and cultivating long-term professional relationships and networks with clients and stakeholders.
Where Habit Action are presented with a fast-moving project, Fin plays a pivotal role in providing the necessary detail to move the project forward quickly and efficiently. With a career background in the mechanical, electrical and HVAC industry, it enables Fin to add a technical knowledge base when developing the scoping and costings of projects. With this knowledge and expertise, it also enables him to look at value engineering options whilst ensuring all our schemes are compliant with building regulations and user safety.
Sarah holds a key role at Habit Action by promoting our brand to the market and helping to connect and extend our global network of clientele. Her client-first approach is seen in her role as Head of Client Entertainment, where she brings the Habit Action culture to life. With her outstanding organisational skills, she keeps the administrative side of the business up to scratch!

Bernie's role as our finance executive is a very key to the success of our projects in their construction phase. By ensuring we fulfil our promise to suppliers and sub-contractors by paying them on time and in full, it builds exceptional loyalty and trust which directly impacts the success and speed of progression on our projects.
With over 15 years experience in the world of furniture procurement, Bartek has an extremely broad depth of knowledge of the industry which is invaluable to both our team and our clients. Beyond the procurement phase, he also coordinates the furniture installation for each project insuring a smooth and straightforward completion of projects for our clients. Having been in the industry this long, he has built up very strong relationships with our suppliers, which significantly helps in the execution and delivery of the furniture aspect of our projects.
Alison continues to take our unique intelligence led, data based workspace design offering to the market. By connecting out fantastic team of designers and strategists with local and global companies, Alison is key to helping companies who are looking to make informed decisions about their future workplace.
