With a career background in the mechanical, electrical and HVAC industry, it enables Fin to add a technical knowledge base when developing the scoping and costings of projects. With this knowledge and expertise, it also enables him to look at value engineering options whilst ensuring all our schemes are compliant with building regulations and user safety.

Beyond the procurement phase, he also coordinates the furniture installation for each project insuring a smooth and straightforward completion of projects for our clients. Having been in the industry this long, he has built up very strong relationships with our suppliers, which significantly helps in the execution and delivery of the furniture aspect of our projects.
