Our Panellists
Francesca Brady, Lewis Barker, Adrienne Kleman & Javier Rua Peñate
Our expert panellists shared cutting-edge insights on the future of work, tackling questions at the heart of workplace transformation. They explored whether AI, remote work, and generational shifts are unlocking greater human potential or simply streamlining people out of the equation. The panel also debated the true meaning of “high-performance cultures,” questioning if they genuinely foster resilience and exceptional results or if the term is merely a talent-attraction strategy. Finally, they examined the realities of hybrid work, challenging organisations to move beyond outdated office-era management models and reimagine the office as a purposeful hub for connection and collaboration that remote work cannot replicate.
"A brilliant night and I really enjoyed meeting everyone! The cocktail class was inspired."
