Gresham Tech, a leading provider of financial technology solutions, needed a new London headquarters to reflect their culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth. 

Relocating to the 8th floor of Aldermary House, they sought a workspace that not only supported their operational needs but also celebrated their prime location in the heart of the city.

 

The new office has already become more than just a workplace — it’s a space where Gresham Tech can host clients, inspire their teams, and proudly showcase their position at the heart of London’s financial district.

As with any office move, Gresham Tech faced a number of challenges:


•    Relocation logistics: Minimising disruption while transitioning to a new central London office.
•    Employee experience: Creating a workplace that would support collaboration, focus, and wellbeing.
•    Design alignment: Ensuring the space reflected their brand identity and forward-thinking ethos.
•    Maximising potential: Taking advantage of the floor’s abundant natural light and its incredible views of St Paul’s Cathedral and St Mary-le-Bow Church (the famous Bow Bells).

Working closely with the Gresham team, we delivered a tailored CAT B fitout that transformed the 8th floor into a functional yet inspiring workplace. The design was centred around creating spaces that balanced professionalism with comfort, ensuring the office could support both focused work and collaboration.

A key highlight of the fitout is the light-filled boardroom, a professional meeting space framed by floor-to-ceiling glazing. The room offers panoramic views across London, providing not only a practical space for discussions but also a striking backdrop that reflects Gresham Tech’s position at the heart of the city.

The modern breakout kitchen has become a welcoming hub for staff. With soft green cabinetry, natural wood finishes, and ample space for informal gatherings, it encourages connection and collaboration away from desks while maintaining a fresh, contemporary aesthetic.

In addition, relaxed lounge zones were created to support both teamwork and downtime. Comfortable seating areas, complemented by natural greenery, provide a calm and inviting atmosphere. With skyline views as the backdrop, these spaces embody the balance of productivity and wellbeing that was central to the project vision.
