Project Case STUDY
Titan Airways operates in a world where timing, coordination and clarity are non-negotiable.
From the outset, we knew this project had to reflect that same discipline, while also creating a space that feels grounded, human, and connected.
We approached the design not as a series of rooms, but as a flow. The open-plan environment is intentionally expansive, with clean sightlines and a calm, neutral base palette. From there, we introduced moments of contrast and character, clusters of soft seating in deep blues and burnt oranges, informal meeting settings, and breakout zones that gently interrupt the space without fragmenting it. The result is a workplace that moves. Not in a literal sense, but in how people use it.
One of the defining features of the project is how the environment shifts in tone. At the front end, lighter, more open areas support informal collaboration, soft seating arrangements, low tables, and flexible touchdown spaces that encourage people to gather without formality.
The timber slatted partition is a good example of this thinking. It creates separation without closing the space down, maintaining visibility while subtly zoning quieter meeting areas behind. Nearby, the deep blue lounge chairs form a more intimate setting, acoustically softer, visually grounded.
As you move through the space, the atmosphere changes. The darker breakout and collaboration areas introduce a more immersive feel, black ceilings, exposed services, and architectural lighting creating a sense of focus and energy. At the centre of this sits the circular banquette, wrapped in rich upholstery and planting. It’s a social anchor, bringing people together in a way that feels natural rather than forced.

We didn’t want to apply the brand superficially, we wanted it to be felt.
That comes through in subtle ways. The material palette echoes the tone of aviation interiors. The openness of the space, particularly in areas overlooking the landscape, reflects the idea of horizon and movement. In the meeting rooms, large-format visuals and clean, linear detailing reinforce a sense of precision.
Ready to transform your workspace
Then there are more explicit moments, the Titan Airways branding wall, the aircraft model, the media screens, handled carefully so they feel integrated rather than imposed.
This was a true design and build collaboration. From early engagement, we worked closely with Titan Airways to understand not just how they work, but how they need to evolve. That meant balancing operational requirements with cultural ambition, creating spaces that support both day-to-day performance and longer-term growth.
Because design and delivery sat under one roof, we were able to maintain that intent throughout. Decisions were made quickly, challenges were resolved collaboratively, and the project retained a clarity that often gets lost between stages.

One of the more meaningful aspects of this project sits quietly within the space.
During the early stages, we identified an opportunity to reuse high-quality furniture from a previous client of ours who was relocating. The furniture was relatively new, well-built, and, crucially aligned closely with Titan’s brand palette.

Rather than starting from scratch, we refurbished and reupholstered key pieces, integrating them seamlessly into the new environment. The lounge seating, breakout elements and selected soft furnishings were given a second life reducing waste, lowering embodied carbon, and delivering a tangible cost saving for the client.
It’s a simple idea, but one that reflects a broader belief: sustainability doesn’t always come from adding more. Often, it comes from using what already exists, intelligently.
A workplace that reflects the way the business operates clear, efficient, and quietly confident. A space that supports movement, encourages connection, and adapts without friction.
In many ways, it mirrors aviation itself.
When it works well, you don’t notice it. It just performs.
