Project Case STUDY
In the heart of London, Veeva Systems has established a new headquarters designed to reflect the company's culture while supporting a modern, flexible way of working.
The workspace brings together workplace strategy, thoughtful design and high-quality delivery to create an environment where people want to be. As a work from anywhere organisation, the office needed to function as more than a place to work, it had to become a destination for collaboration, connection and client engagement.
Having partnered with Veeva on several offices across Europe, Habit Action brought a deep understanding of the company's workplace culture and priorities to the project.
The design concept focuses on expressing Veeva's identity through architectural detail and carefully considered movement through the space.
Visitors are welcomed by a bespoke lighting feature in Veeva's signature orange that flows through the reception area. The feature acts as a visual guide, leading visitors towards the client suite while naturally directing employees into the workplace beyond. Throughout the office, colour, materials and spatial planning reinforce the brand while maintaining a professional and contemporary environment.

The workplace has been designed to support a variety of working styles, giving employees the flexibility to move between different environments throughout the day.
Open plan areas encourage collaboration and interaction, while booths, meeting rooms and quiet spaces provide areas for focused work. Breakout spaces offer opportunities for informal conversations and social connection, helping strengthen team culture.
This balance of openness and variety creates a dynamic workplace that adapts to the needs of different teams and working styles.
Ready to transform your workspace
Each Veeva office around the world carries its own local character while remaining unmistakably part of the company's global workplace portfolio. The London office continues this approach, blending the company's design language with a unique sense of pride.
Sustainability and employee wellbeing were key priorities throughout the project. The design team carefully considered how natural light moves through the building, ensuring workspaces benefit from daylight wherever possible. Material choices also played an important role, with many finishes selected for their low environment impact.

Recycled materials such as PET felt were used for acoustic treatments, while much of the furniture was sourced from the UK manufactures to reduce transport emissions. These decisions support both environmental responsibility and a healthier workplace environment.
Wellbeing also extends beyond the design of the space itself. The workplace encourages connection and community, supporting Veeva's culture and creating an environment where employees feel confortable and engaged.

Delivering a high-performing workplace required careful attention to the technical details of the build.
Acoustic performance was a major priority for the client. To achieve this, the construction incorporated staggered stud partitions and specialised acoustic products throughout the space, ensuring that meeting rooms, collaboration zones, and focus areas all perform effectively.
Lighting, glazing, and material selections were also carefully coordinated to create a balanced and comfortable environment. A standout acoustic feature wall in the breakout space adds both visual character and function performance, demonstrating the level of detail considered throughout the project.
The result is an office that feels refined, comfortable and built to last.
