A challenge for Habit Action, as an office fit-out company, specific to the capital is the limited space usually available. Maximising this space is key to our solutions, given that we rarely have the luxury of a new build and are mostly refitting existing buildings, often in close partnership with our clients’ architects.

One high-profile fit-out project has been for Pall Mall Capital Investment which involved bespoke furniture and joinery, a gym and washrooms, in a sleekly designed luxurious space. Dart Capital needed more space for its growing team: remaining people-focused, we injected fun with breakout spaces, a welcoming tea-point and a bespoke reception area.
Another project that put people first was our work with mental health specialists MHFA England: our design contributed to team wellbeing, collaboration and flexibility, and featured different working zones in a fresh and vibrant environment. For Sigma Pharmaceuticals in London, we designed and fitted out the entire interior of their new four-storey office building including creating a new mezzanine and manufacturing furniture to Sigma’s requirements.
